Band Biography
Formed in December of 2021, Total Eclipse of the 80s is a complete live musical show dedicated to the pop culture of the 1980s. Performing Pop, Rock, New Wave, R&B, and Hairband hits of the 80s, the band dresses in costumes reminiscent of the artists of the era, and uses props and set pieces, as well as lighting, video, and giveaways, to give your patrons the full experience of attending a live concert straight out of the biggest party era in history. Total Eclipse of the 80s has been performing in RI, Massachusetts, and Connecticut to crowds between 100 and 500 attendees per event, and have appeared everywhere from Casinos to Night Clubs, to Town Events to Class Reunions. The group also capitalizes on strong social media marketing, using paid advertisements aimed at specialized demographics, to ensure maximum exposure and attendance at events.
